New business checklist

There are a variety of things you need to do once you've decided to sell your business.

Once you have instructed us to act for you, most of the important issues will be handled by us, your Solicitors or your Accountants. However, we would like our Clients to think of our relationship as being partners. After all, we are both working towards the same goal, and that goal is selling your business for the best possible price with as little stress as possible.

With that in mind, all we ask is for the business to be in its best possible condition when applicants come to view, and that when information is requested, it is given as soon as possible.
